To create a habit, tap on the “+” or Add Habit button on the main screen, follow the prompts to set your habit name, frequency, repetition, and priority, and then save.
Simply swipe right on a habit and tap “Done” to mark it as completed for the day. You can also enter custom progress by tapping the “+” icon.
Guest accounts are temporary, and signing out will delete all of your data unless you connect your account with an email and password.
Go to the settings screen, and under ‘Notifications,’ you can customize your reminder times and types.
