  1. How do I create a habit?

To create a habit, tap on the “+” or Add Habit button on the main screen, follow the prompts to set your habit name, frequency, repetition, and priority, and then save.

  1. How do I track progress on my habits?

Simply swipe right on a habit and tap “Done” to mark it as completed for the day. You can also enter custom progress by tapping the “+” icon.

  1. What happens if I sign out as a guest?

Guest accounts are temporary, and signing out will delete all of your data unless you connect your account with an email and password.

  1. How do I manage my notifications?

Go to the settings screen, and under ‘Notifications,’ you can customize your reminder times and types.

  1. Why am I seeing ads in the app?

Ads help us offer the app for free. You will encounter rewarded ads when creating more than two habits and interstitial ads on certain screens.

  1. Can I recover my account if I forget my password?
