This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the mobile application Mixscape (the "App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protected, and disclosing that information.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

We have designed Mixscape to be privacy-first. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not require you to provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.

a. Non-Personal Data (Anonymous)

We collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

• Usage Details: Information about how you use the App, such as which soundscapes are most popular, session duration, and feature usage.
• Device Information: Technical information about your mobile device, including the device model, operating system version, and system language.

b. Crash Logs

If the App crashes, we collect anonymized crash reports to help us fix bugs. These reports may include technical details about the state of the App at the time of the crash but do not contain your personal data.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to facilitate the App's core functionality (such as payments) and to improve stability. These services have their own privacy policies.

3. Payments and Billing

We do not collect or store your credit card information or banking details. All financial transactions are handled directly by the store platform you downloaded the App from:

• Apple App Store: Transactions are processed by Apple Inc. subject to their privacy policy.
• Google Play Store: Transactions are processed by Google LLC subject to their privacy policy.

We only receive a confirmation (receipt) that a purchase was made, which allows us to unlock premium features for your device.

4. Children’s Privacy

Mixscape is a general audience application intended for use by adults (including parents), not children.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK).
• The "Baby & Nap" sound category is designed as a tool for parents to soothe their children. It is not designed to be used by children directly without parental supervision.
• If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
